The Mandela Bay Arts Festival is a rich creative programme of theatre, comedy, visual arts, music, poetry, dance, family fare and more taking place in the Nelson Mandela Bay area in the Eastern Cape, South Africa from 16-25 February 2024.

The Mandela Bay Festival celebrates the area’s vibrant arts, culture and entertainment scene by providing a platform for local artists and arts organisations to present a showcase of the best that the city has to offer for all of its communities.

The 2024 Mandela Bay Arts Festival forms part of a summer season of events that will take place in Gqeberha and surrounds for both locals and visitors to the region.
